Yoga fundamentals:

In this eight week course, in which you will learn all the fundamentals of movement important to practice yoga safely. You can take this knowledge with you to all you other classes regardless what yoga style or whether it is online class or face-to-face, or home practice.


This class is suitable for beginners, but also for people who have been practicing for many years.

It covers cellular respiration, moving from your core (navel radiation), homo lateral and cross lateral movements and correction of posture using internal awareness (as opposed to external awareness from mirrors etc. )

Meditation - 8 week course

7.30 pm 8.30 pm


Emerald Community House

This meditation course will cover a variety of meditation techniques to calm the mind, leading to a deep form of healing Loving-Kindness meditation.

Gentle classical yoga

10 - 11.15 am 

$140 for 8 weeks
