What's on in 2022
Classes are held on Monday evening and Friday morning. They run for 1.5 hrs.
There are no classes on public holidays or during the school holidays.
Classes are suitable for all levels, but if you are looking for a power yoga class it might be a good idea to look somewhere else.
I teach a combination of styles, ranging from a meridian style yoga, to restorative, but also classical. It depends on the day what is needed.
The emphasis is generally on the core and alignment from a body awareness point of view.
