The gentle exercises, with an emphasis on the awareness of body and breath,
help keep the body mobile & the breath free,
while building strength in an gentle way.
It is excellent for:
people with disabilities the elderly the highly pregnant new mums people with burn-out & anybody who just wants to do an easy, restorative class. Please note: this class has merged with the Classical Yoga Class at 9.30am on Wednesday. This class is a General Classical Yoga class, but caters for people in need of Gentler Yoga as well.
