All Free Good Food Group - Children with food intolerances - parent support group
The Mindstream Centre initiates in co-operation with the Emerald Community House: 'All Free Good Food Group - Support Group for Parents with Children with allergies'.

When you have just found out your child has an allergy or intolerance to certain foods, it can be a struggle to find what products your child can have, where to find them, and then how to make a tasty, healthy meal out of it.
This group is set up to help parents find their way in this adventure to a new way of cooking food. No child has to miss out on any thing.
There is no medical advice given. This group is set up to share experiences, find out where to find the best products, and to share the best and easiest recipes.
Favorites are the ice creams and cake recipes. More practical are the recipes for wheat or gluten free bread, or to find the bakery that sells the best one (and most affordable). Does the gluten free short crust from the freezer section at the super market taste any good? Find out before spending all that money.
Every 2nd and 4th Tuesday afternoon, 1 - 2.30 pm at the Emerald Community House.

This group is run on a non-profit basis. Since it will be run via the Emerald Community House a membership fee will be charged when you join, and a small weekly fee to cover their cost for running it.
